i've grown a whole centimeter since i was 20. not too sure when the second last time i measured my height was, but definitely after 20.
this without any hormone treatment. and i never slouch when measuring my height.
it's funny to be told when nearing 30, that i'm taller than i thought.

maybe it's just a matter of how straight my muscles can stretch me though, who knows.
but shouldn't i be shorter if that was the case, it's not like i have more muscle now than ten years ago, or even just five.

QuoteI read somewhere that the hands and feet can sometimes appear bigger due to being "meatier" from the T.. is that true or was I just misinformed?

My doc told me that this is likely to happen, and she knows her stuff.

You can be 1/2 inch or more taller when you first wake up than you are later in the day. You aren't necessarily taller than you were at 20.
