I'm very happy with my progress, but I'm having a difficult time with breaking through the next step. with a dress and make up I  become invisible. without make up and androgynous clothes I get sired or sometimes a hybrid mam man. I should be grateful for my progress, but I just want  to cry so bad when I hear sir. I have hope for my face to change enough , but It does hurt to be sired. I'm just ranting, sorry. I'm 10 months in and just so anxious to be free. Anyone have comforting words of advice

Well if make up eliminates the possibilities of being called sir then I say go for it more...

Im actually kinda in the same spot as you , I havent been sired in the last two months but people do stare at me and Im pretty sure Im quite androgynous still , soon I ll start university etc, im just really scared that somehow people will find out im male and call me with male pronouns till I want to kill myself,,,I dont really know how to progress either...

yea, it's a major bummer to want the complete natural look and not be seen that way. I might be asking too much to go without make up ,but it still hurts, I think I might be in a downer mood tonight sorry,

   Its time to step off the cliff and be who you really are.I went full time 5 months before starting hrt the end of December which was about two months after you started the first part of November.It takes a lot of courage but the benefits outweigh the negatives.Unbelievably I rarely ever get sired which really surprised me. Go for it girl, be happy.  Patty

I feel your pain GF. I guess for all of us we just need to try & look more feminine whatever that takes so the world will just see a nice woman. I've struggled myself. I just had a face lift, 10K & 2-3 months to heal up.

Maybe a bubble bath might be in order & nice smooth legs. That always makes me feel better.

you are absolutely right, I got depressed because I live across the street from a university and the student are coming back . The area was filled with beautiful dresses and I know I need to be apart of that

well, I just shaved my legs yesterday now the bubble bath

   We have to face the facts our flower of youth has passed we are essentially old ladies whether we like it or not. I have a new obgyn that I just had an appointment with she did the usual checks including my chest with a few feels then asked if I had implants I haven't and she made my day ! We may be old but we can be perky.
  Its your life and if people gender you correctly when dressed by all means go for it you have nothing to lose----except your depression be happy we only get one life to live, smile and live every day like it is your last because at our age it could be.  Hugs  Patty
