hi, I am newbie here at 50's and am at 1 month hormone therapy.
I wonder how your way of thinking toward boy friend/relationship/life  changes from hormone therapy to post op.
At the moment I don't want to have sex with boys. I don't have a gay characteristics.
I am working in the office and looks like a normal man.
I can't coming out my identity in the office but I think I cannot hide as hormone therapy is going on.
anyway,please tell me how ordinary man's feeling is changing toward to the boys as hormone therapy is going and after post op.
a flirt/relationship/love/sex. how the ordinary man can be changed like an lovely girls or like girl next door for boys.
please tell me your experience or your efforts if you did.

Welcome to Susan's    Great to have you here - looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

A large number of people do not find that their sexual orientation changes during HRT and post-op. If you are not attracted to or sexually interested in men now chances are that HRT may not change that. Some people find that the process of transition can open them up to a more pan sexual orientation so it is still possible that change can happen.

Well i also don't think i have ''gay characteristics'' but im still attracted to guys, since i identify myself as female and consider myself ''straight''.

My orientation didn't really change - I was bisexual before and I'm bi now, though I like a *few* more guys than I did back then. (Say from 90% prefer female to 80%.) I admit being post-op does make me curious about having a penis to test out in there, but they tend to come attached to men, so I won't bother.

I think its both hormones and also the way you see yourself in public.

I was into females before HRT, that changed more & more and now, while I love the female form, chances of me ever sleeping with one again would be next to none
