I took my first doses of Spiro and dutasteride and applied my first estadriol patch this morning. Today is day one of HRT!! :D

The patch is a good way to go, much safer than pills it gets the goods to the hormone receptors quicker and doesn't have to pass through the gut and be processed by the liver first. Good going girl friend!  :eusa_clap:

Congrats and good luck, you have an amazing road in front of you!!!

Don't be disappointed if you do not see changes any time soon, the first changes are the ones that take the longest.
