Women must subconsciously accommodate for the space their breasts take up as they develop in adolescence. Those DDs would always be getting in the way of everything otherwise.

Fortunately I don't have to shave my chest, I never had much there to begin with and the occasional waxing keeps everything in order.

Not really sure what position one needs to be in to catch their boob in a car door. Ow.

I remember both of my elder sisters having many of the same issues that we experience during development, they just went through it at an earlier age and of course they wouldn't tell me what they were yelping about

From my own experience I've noticed that eventually the subconscious does take over to accommodate proper space and so there becomes less incidents of 'Boob Smackings'

I have caught them with the edge of a car door and a couple of other things as well, but the front door of my apartment seems to reign in as the main offender

First thing I thought of was Kate Mulgrew as Red in Orange is the new Black (also AKA captain Janeway in Voyager) She punched a girl in the boob (I think it was the right boob though) and her implant burst.

And yes when I saw that I was yelling ow!!

I was in a meeting and moved my arm in such a hand my right hand punched my right boob.

"Paige! What happened?" I was asked as I shook my right hand like my hand was what got hurt.

"I punched myself in the boob and I can't shake that," I replied.

Getting kicked by little kids in the boobs hurts.  The worst part is having to smile while they keep doing it...

I've also run into the edge of the car door as well - that really hurt! T_T

Not really the same thing, but kind of relate-able...

I had hair implants a year or two ago (Can't remember..) All I remember was the docs saying specifically: "Careful with your head when getting in cars.." I think I've never head butted so many things in my life hahaha... Indeed the car was one of them getting in, then the back of my head with the corner of the bed when peeking underneath trying to find something.

If you're not supposed to cause a certain body part harm, you can rest assured know it's going to happen! haha

I was working on a friend's car this past weekend helping him out with a problem. I slid under the car and there was........ interference...... where there was once plenty of clearance. My boobs were hitting things on the underside of the car and THAT has never been an issue before. Made fixing the car unpleasant to say the least.

I haven't slammed a car door into a boob or punched myself in a boob yet but I'm sure it will happen one day

I will never understand this problem, and I am glad. The worst I had happen was ....well I have an imprint of a horseshoe around the right one.  That didn't even hurt as much as you say this other bumping stuff does.  I wonder if that is just proof that something went wrong for me.

On more than one occasion I have slipped and hit myself in the boob... ouch! Also, before some of my friends realized that I was starting to grow them (they're still rather small) and my friend smacked my chest from behind me over the shoulders and it was then that I realized just how tender they were and the look on my face!

I can totally sympathize.  Ow!  I was backing out of the bathroom and turned as I backed up and smacked both nips on the edge of the door.  Damn that was a surprise.
Boob punching has to really smart especially if you still have the growing pains.

I suppose it is better than knocking oneself out with your own boob... some women are so hugely endowed (artificially or naturally) that they can't run, jump or skip lest they give themselves a black eye!!  ;D

You girls sound like a menace to yourselves!  I was going to suggest you take up  more feminine pastimes such as knitting, but then I realised that this might be even worse...

Blunt-nosed scissors for everyone, please.  And no power tools under any circumstances! :D

Early in transition, I was bare chested inside the house and a mosquito landed on my left breast. Instinct took over. SMACK!!! Next time I will let it take my blood.

Oh, and the time I got a BRO hug from a friend who didn't quite understand that all the female clothing I was wearing was there for a reason. Yowza!!!

I refuse to live in fear! Come hell or high water I will not back down! I will live my life!
But you have no life.
Ha. Even that won't stop me.

I will protect even those I hate, so long as it is right.

A bro hug. Autocorrect is lame sometimes. Fixed.

Not really sure what position one needs to be in to catch their boob in a car door. Ow.

Standing (erect) within the arc of the door swing. Now; close thoughtlessly with much gusto, and suffer the consequences.

Guarenteed you'll always be at least arms length distance from this invisible arc for all future for losing ceremonies.
