I had a doctor's appointment last week to go over multiple things and at the end asked if I could get my t and e levels tested since might be (hopefully!) starting hrt before the end of the year (trying to get a little head start :) ) I did it with my pcp because I know she takes my insurance and think those will be covered by it, idk if they will be with the new one I am scheduled to see in a few months or not. I got the results back like friday.

My t was 480 (normal male is 175-781, according to the test page I got), so it is like average.

My e was 176 (normal male 40-115)! So it is like doubled normal...On top of that one got a not saying, "will discuss at next visit". So am kinda worried now. I sent her a message but it was friday afternoon so didn't get a response and prolly won't get one till monday I'm guessing and ya, kinda freaking out a bit.

I don't have a visit scheduled to see her atm and was wondering if should do one asap, soon, or just like w/e, no hurry. Also, was wondering if anyone had any ideas about what might be causing it cuz I am like thinking omg I got cancer or something...

Again, I am not on hrt or doing anything unusual that I know of at least.

I wouldn't worry, if she was concerned you had cancer she would be wanting to discuss it a lot sooner than "next time". After my very first blood test way back in 1989 my endo asked if I had previously been on the Pill or something since my estrogen was quite higher than average. I hadn't been taking anything previously and he was not overly concerned. It never got investigated further. Maybe it was because I was vegetarian and had consumed a lot of soy products in the lead up to the test. Who can say.

I suggest you see her as soon as you can, but don't panic - if there was a problem you'd already know about it. :)

Most likely she will ask you if you have been taking e on the side, don't read too much into it.

Wow, I'm on hrt and I'm jealous of your estrogen levels, lol.  Your pcp probably just wants to discuss those levels as they are a bit high for someone not already on hrt *at leasst to the best of my knowedge).  I'm sure it will all go well.  They probably just want to talk to you about them and making appointments to follow up on test results is very common.

Congrats on your progress!
