i´m planning to have my srs in germany with dr.schaff.
is there anybody here who did the surgery there and want to share experiences?!

while i had my appointment there 2 month ago, he informed me in a really detailed way about the surgery, complications and the results he did.
i´m pretty determined to do it there ...

I'm also planning to have my srs with him. My first appointment in munich is in july. I personally think that his technique is the best out there. The only downside is his long waiting list (i think 3 years).
The average depth he can archieve is somewhere between 15 and 21 cm and self lubrication(to a degree!) is guaranteed.

therefore, waiting for it is not that bad and we´re doing it actually for a good result basically.
Yes, it is almost 3 years of waiting, but if you´ve all your documents checkt by your issurance, it can go a bit faster, dr. schaff told me.
(had my appointment there in march ´14).

Could you please explain a bit more what you mean by "if you´ve all your documents checkt by your issurance"? As far as I know, one needs to bring a letter from one's therapist for the initial appointment with dr. Schaff. Are you saying the bringing some other documents (possibly something from the Krankenkasse?) might result in obtaining an earlier date of operation? Or do you mean that clients who pay by themselves wait longer that those who are covered by their health insurance (Krankenkasse)?

I had my surgery with Dr. Schaff 7 weeks ago. And I would do it again. The first weeks has been somehow painful. But I did not lost any sensation. I am not orgasmic currently but I am sure my orgasms will be fantastic. My vagina still looks not that nice and is still swollen. Depth is 20cm with the smallest dilator.

Regarding his waiting list I can say that I gad to wait far less than three years. If you pay by our own you do not have to wait a few years.

Schaff is one of my favorite too for SRS. Does "if you pay by your own" mean it's more expensive as when insurance is paying? Or is there another reason why you didn't need to wait as long as other girls?

I think she meant with ''if you pay by your own'', when you are going to pay EVERYTHING by yourself(1.Surgery,2.Surgery, Hospital stay which will cost you around 17000€ i think and don't forget the extra Charge for his combined Method around 2500€). The average waiting time is 3 years, but it can be speeded up (by almost an year) if you have the OK from you insurance Company or if gonna pay out of your own pocket. But either way you have to pay almost 2500€ extra. But i think it's so damn worth it, since it's guaranteed that your vagina will be self lubricating, thanks to to the Cowpers Glands and the folded Urethra in the vaginal canal. And i also heard that your vagina will actually feel like the inside of your mouth, even unaroused .

I ma currently examining Dr. Monstrey in Ghent and  Dr. Djinovic in Belgrade and I have consultations with them coming up but i would love to see Dr. Scaff in Munich as well and frankly i would pay everything by myself if i could skip some of the waiting list. How did you contact him? I have been sending him emails since March but he is not responding, which i found weird because everyone else did and trust me i did my research. There is nothing weird about me either so that i could think this is it. I am 22 and already have all the documents and have been in hormones for 2 years. Please help

Try to call him. He is not answering all emails. He has too many potential patients because all his girls are extremly happy with the result. He is also doing a lot of ftm surgeries.

You can also try to get an appointment with Dr. Morath, they are doing all surgeries together.

Lara sweetheart I managed to get myself an appointment for next month! I will be moving to Hamburg anyways in a few days so it will be easier to go there than say when i was in Greece. Would you totally recommend him? Paying 20.000 cash will be very harsh for my bank account but if everyone is saying he is the best, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. My appointment is on October, when do you think i might get the surgery if i pay up front? I already have all the paperwork and I will give it to him soon :* PS: Do you have any idea about Djionovic in Belgrade? Oh well i know how worth it is! What i'm struggling with is just the long time i would have to wait. I know i could... but i don't like :-).
So.. i think best way would be to just get in contact with him or Dr. Morath and see what will happen and what they say about. Then may be i can find a way, or at least i know the facts.

is dr.schaff better than the thai drs?? i've been looking for pictures of his work but haven't been able to find any. do you girls know if there are any pics of his results out there?

There are not much pictures from Schaff girls in the web. But I can say the results are excellent and for sure comparable to Suporn (only three months after surgery a doc thought I am a cis girl after looking at my vagina). My revision is still three months in the future. He always is doing the revision.

that's amazing! are revisions included in his price? do you know of any sites that show his results? he must be pretty good if there's a 3 yr waiting list.

He quotes always both surgeries because he thinks the result is far better with having a revision when all the swelling is gone. I personally think he is right because healing is different for each girl, scars develop different etc

I never meet a Schaff girl who would choose another surgeon. He is an Artist :-)

But Lara, if he is an artist, then why did you need to do a revision on your urethra and and problems with peeing? I am at the final stage of deciding and I am in a real agony. Dr. Djinovic in Belgrade does a 7 hour surgery and after that you don't have to do something again (cost, 17.000), but Schaff needs 20.000 euro and also requires 2 surgeries. Do you know what does this mean? Do you have to pay extra for the second surgery? Are you left with unbiguous genitalia after your 1st surgery, only to be corrected at your second?

Hallo  Mädels, so I would like to ask if any of you know the Dr Rehder he also worked in München  and now he works in Innsbruck at the clinic,  maybe I'll have my surgery with him next year.
