I finally got my T script today!
I'm going to be doing weekly subq injections, I'm on a low dose according to my doctor that she'll raise as necessary.

They taught me how to inject today and I had just gotten my script so I didn't have the T, so they taught me with sterile water. And boy does that stuff sting more than you'd expect. They also taught me with different needles than I'll be using which I thought was weird and it scared me bc they taught me with a long needle and I'm barely comfortable with the short ones I'll be getting. But I think I'll be fine. Once I get my script filled I'm coming straight home and giving myself my first shot!

I'm going to be doing pictures and recordings of myself for myself to see my progress, but I don't plan to upload them to youtube for the world. but if any of you guys are interested, I'll put them on my blog and link them.

I do subq injections too... much less daunting then IM needles, for sure.

Sorry man, I told myself I couldn't reply to this until I give myself my shot, then when I did finally work up the nerve to do it I had totally forgotten.
Somehow I ended up with IM needles so it's still pretty daunting, I just don't stick it in all the way and took advice from another thread I made
