Things are definitely looking up in the job department. I had an interview today and got hired on the spot, the manager didn't care that I was trans (since I went ahead and told her) and she also didn't mind if I used my preferred name at work. Which I'll be legally changing soon enough. I feel like I'm going to love it at my new job! :D

Wow that's amazing! This was my biggest fear in transitioning.

Nice!

Thats the ->-bleeped-<-.  My new boss recently noticed I put a female name under "names I've previously gone by" on one of the forms I had to fill out.  I don't know if she connected it all.  Doubtful, but she asked if that was my mom and I said... "nope thats my name... had it changed a few years ago."

It didn't go farther than that.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

@Marcellow: This has definitely been my biggest fear so far in my transition as well. My heart was about to pump right out of my chest when I started talking to her about this. She told me it didn't matter to her as long as I was a good worker, she seems very accepting of all types of people.

@GnomeKid: You were honest about it and I think that's definitely another thing my new boss liked about our interview is that I was very honest about it. Hopefully there are more accepting employers out there.

@Jessica Merriman: Thank you!!! :)

Congrats! Employers can be a hit or miss sometimes, so it seems like you got lucky in that aspect. Great to hear, glad to see things are looking up for you!
