Well I got my tritop from toolshed n I followed all their sizing recs. Even went the size larger.  It keeps rolling across my shoulders n under my arms. Cant even get it on.

When you're putting it on stay calm. It can feel like you're getting trapped but trust me, you won't be stuck in there forever.

Some people put their binder on by stepping into it and pulling it all the way over their body. Try watching YouTube tutorials for help.

Got it on. May need to go w a tee style rather than tank. I now have a flat chest n under arm fat wings lol

It can take some time to get a rhythm with it and get used to getting it on and off and figure out where to smush everything around, even after you find the size and shape of binder you like.
