Hi, I've been searching around for some good top surgeons and I thought I'd ask for some recommendations.  I'm in NYC so someone in the area would be best but I can travel too if it's worthwhile. I'm looking to get a double incision surgery.

So far I've found Roberto Granato, Azid Hashmat, Gary Alter and James Reardon in the NY area.  I'm also curious about Charles Garramone and Antonio Mangubat although they're farther away.  Some others are Melissa Johnson, Richard Bartlett and Curtis Crane.  Any feedback on these guys, or anyone else?

As a side note, I have Healthfirst Medicaid, and I'm going to have to lobby them to cover the surgery (they typically don't since it's considered "cosmetic"...)  If anyone has had to do this/has advice or tips, it'd be great to hear from you.
