Okay so, I won't post any pictures but hear me out! I started hormones at 17, but come from a very small chested family. So, 5 years later, I'm still pretty much flat chested but I can't complain. The only problem is that my breasts have shrunk over the past months. My sister is trans and has been on hormones for 5 years as well, and hers went from way flatter than mine to way bigger over a couple months.   My hormones have not changed, and the only thing I'm doing differently is not drinking milk ever. I also switched from spironolactone to injections of zoladex. Any advice?

Start drinking milk again? Putting on my Rosie the Scientist hat it makes sense to only change one thing at a time otherwise you can't tell which of the things you have changed are causing the difference. At the moment it could be the Zoladex or it could be abstaining from milk. If you start drinking milk again and your boobs don't recover then it's the Zoladex (assuming you haven't made any other changes).

Well that was fun! What's next?

Not a fan of progesterone because I feel it is another one of the works doesn't work.

Most time wasted money.

Guess your levels are with in adolescent levels?

So could add progesterone and maybe help?

Check with your doctor and they should come up with maybe a new HRT plan?

Have you had any kind of weight change overall?

My doctor at a LGBT center put me on progesterone and my breasts feel sore all the time but no growth. I'll give it some more time since it's been less than a month.

Thank you Rosie. I hate milk because it gives me acne but I'll drink it again at some point to see if they grow at all.

Jaime, I started eating only "raw" foods a bit ago and got from 123  pounds to about 115 or so. Though I've been eating normally again for the past month or two and my breasts are still small. Though, my sister did nothing different and hers ballooned up recently.  Are there cycles with growth and shrinkage?

The weight loss could help to explain it along with a major change in diet. Breasts contain a lot of fatty tissue, so weight loss and gains can affect them quite a bit.

Cis women have their boobs shrink due to weight loss. So I'd imagine trans women would lose it too.

Haha, Dani. I was just assuming that milk might have something to do with it since it has a bunch of hormones in it. By all means, try it and tell me the results!

Yeah, my cis female friends have all commented about boobs.. It's the first place you lose it from and the last place you put it on..

I'm dressed and ready to go, I can be found lurking in the dairy section. :eusa_shifty:

Interesting...ive experienced some similar effects, having switched from Spironolactone to to triptorelin...i know its not zoladex, but they are similar drugs.

Zeldaheartlove, i noticed your post was last year...if you are still active could you comment please on how your breast growth is at present? Has it returned to normal? Im going to be going through the same if it isn't and might ask for an alternative antiandrogen if so,

Thanks

Jenna
