I only know about boners from what I read.  My understanding is that guy have little or control over when they get them and how long they last.  I hope someone can give you more useful information.

I have to admit I only clicked this thread link because the title made me laugh!

  I'll at least say that after a year on Spiro the 'problem' with tucking has been virtually eliminated for me.  It is still possible to get one if I'm sexually aroused but even then I'm not wanting it and an erection is something I have to 'allow' to happen.  I purposely don't masturbate the 'old way' any more anyway and very infrequently.  Occasionally they pop-up overnight which is just about the only time it happens involuntarily now.

It's an ironic thread... What happened is very real, but it's fun how being in one of the most powerful antiandrogens, 17 months into HRT already and I have more libido and "power" than pre-hrt, confused and nauseated by my own body.

Thinking about what to wear tomorrow. I'm in pain after trying to "manually" get it in place (so glad for long shirts), but it would be a good idea to put on a skirt and tape it to a leg.

Julia, have you had a look at your T-Levels? Is it possible that your AA isn't working and you're not getting the T suppression you should?

I mentioned it in several threads. My Default natural level of T is so high that the AA can "only" get it down from 715 to 60-70. But that seems to be what I need to be in crazy slut mode. If you think the flag pole is bad, you don't want to be inside my head. I can either lose weight and hope that less body mass = better effect or as the endo put it... "We would need to think about an orchiectomy if it keeps going up".
