Anyone thinking about coming out on National Coming Out Day October 11th? I'm kicking around the idea, mostly because I feel like living two lives with two friend groups and two facebooks is too tiring and emotional.
Because being awesome just wasn't enough.

I will be posting graphics and things where I can.
I don't think there are any offline real life activities here where I live.?
You said you're on Facebook, so type in search "Transgender Graphics", it has the best graphics on Fb.. I bet they will be posting some cool new ones just for the occasion.

Well I'm out already but I understand how tiring it can be to maintain two identities, especially when there's a preferred presentation and life you want to live. As long as you feel that's what you want I say go for it! If not on that day then when you are ready.

I wish you all the best.

I came out via Facebook 17 1/2 months ago, and it was like sort of like ripping off the world's biggest band-aid. It was like Atlas finally dropping the globe once and for all.   Once I resigned myself to "what happens, happens" and "I'm going to find out who my friends and allies REALLY are", I was ready.  When it was over, the anticipation and dread was suddenly replaced by feelings of freedom and relief.
