I'm super paranoid about getting this type of breast development, or rather lack thereof. At about two months into hormones and I can see and feel fat on my chest and my nipples have changed quite a bit. How early can you tell if you're going to end up with snoopy boobies? I have no idea at this point what shape mine will end up being.

Which part of that exactly do you disagree with? Do you disagree with being thorough? Using careful observation? Being systematic? Or using consistent logic?" --Dr. Steven Novella

As with all women, cis and trans, breast growth is a genetic lottery - you don't know what you've got until you've got it and then they're just as likely to keep changing (especially in the downwards direction). Two months is early in the process, you'll probably need to wait up to two years to know what you've ultimately won in the lottery.

I was just sort of freaking out about this last night because I thought I had that condition but from all the pictures I saw I definitely don't have it thankfully. Since I just hit my two and a half year mark this month and my breasts are still growing. The only reason I thought I had it was because my areola projects a lil more outward on both breasts but its exactly what I thought it was, it's the second mound you get when you hit the final big phase of breast growth. My doc did say that the second mound was forming a few months ago but I forgot she had said that, silly me

I know one trans woman who was strictly A cup for over 3 years, had her GRS, and suddenly bloomed to a full C cup. :)

Natal females take 7-10 years to fully grow into their breast development, from about 12 to 19-22. Even then there may be some filling out in subsequent years as well.

For a transwoman, patience should be the other word you use in connection with breasts. :)
