I'm an average build person with an average upper body width & I exercise quite a bit. However my upper arms are just huge I'm sure it's from all the years receiving T & as a normal male with muscle. Now my upper arms have very little muscle & are so flabby & so much fat around that area. I've already talked with my plastic surgeon & it's rather common to have upper arm surgery, liposuction then the surgeon greatly reduces the diamanter of the upper arms.

I just wonder if any other members have had this surgery to have thinner more female upper arms?
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

Jeez, from what I see around me, I have no idea why you think thinner upper arms = more female. :) After all, if you've found a plastic surgeon to work on it, that means it's a problem cis women have too! I see lots and lots of over-40 women with flabby upper arms; it's not their favorite feature, I'm sure, but it's common enough that I've heard jokes about it.

From my plastic surgeons office it's a common procedure for lots of cis women. I guess it's just not something anyone mentions.

And hey, I should have added, if you want it done more power to you. No reason why you shouldn't be as entitled as those cis women to fix things up a bit! But I wouldn't worry specifically that it's not a feminine feature. :)

Thanks, I'm going to look into it more. In a sleeveless top my thick fat upper arms look awful, worse part of my upper body. My surgeon can do it without question. So maybe??? There are really no exercises to remove that under arm fat & I do not want any muscle anyway. I could tone up some but it really not change anything. ????

I see some cis women with upper arms that are as wide around as my thigh! Seems that only young women really have skinny upper arms.

Sure....but with narrower shoulders, trunk and neck than the average male/MTF.

Thinner upperarms makes your shoulders look less wide.
