Im curious what you all think because in a perfect world I could transition right now and life would be grand but not the case at the moment.. But if I did I would definitively want to get the keyhole or peri procedure done  my problems I don't exactly know my measurements but I'm somewhere in the B cup sprectrum I got pretty elastic skin and heal at abnormal rate(don't know how else to describe it lol I never scar and bones I've broken heal in less than a week) but if I start to bind won't that make them sag eventually?? I fear it will and make my chances of getting keyhole extinct 

I saw someone who kind of abused binding and his chest kind of sank in. So I think that if you over-bind then you can really hurt yourself, period., never mind for surgery. Normal binding with a not too tight binder, during normal activity, usually 8 hours or fewer. I think you'd be okay. Wear a proper binder not ace bandages, duct tape, etc.

I really don't know the answer to this, but it is logical that it could, even specifically based on how you bind.  For example, for me the best way to bind was to flatten my chest straight down.  This definitely pulls down the skin and made the skin less elastic.  I had a large chest, so this is what worked for me.  I wonder if for the person who just flattens the breasts right against their chest (the whole "making pecs" thing), if it would impact it less?  You aren't pulling the skin that way.

I have no idea, but I think you are smart to wonder, especially if you are in that "maybe" place of peri/keyhole.  A lot of guys think they meet the criteria when they don't.  I would suggest you measure and figure out your chest size.  Age also decreases the elasticity of the skin, of course, so the sooner you can get the surgery done, the better.

Binding does break down the tissue, which will make your chest sag. And I think it does no matter which kind of binder you use, but of course duct tape or ace bandages are the worst. I really recommend Underworks for binding, at least they work amazingly for me.
Whether sagging affects the possibility of being able to get the keyhole procedure I'm not sure of though.

I want peri and I was curious about this too. I read somewhere (On a blog maybe? I don't remember.) that you want the nipples to be where they're going to be after. So if they were low I don't think it would work out. Does binding have that much effect on sagging? The one I use doesn't feel too tight, kind of like a snug sports bra, which works pretty good because I'm small, but I still worry about it.

Yeah I think so honestly, I read on some ftm doctors site(can't remember whose) that peri is about size but also about how much the tissue sags seeing as how there is no rearrangement of the nipple. That's why even though some guys are an A when they get it they're nipples are a lot lower than cis guys which is something I def don't want. I have to say if I'm seriously considering getting a reduction and lift to an A this year to be a perfect candidate and lease the risk of having the nipples be too low. I know that might be seem ridiculous to some guys but.. It's extremely important to me to have a cis chest more so than bottom surgery honestly.

JHeron, you and I are in a similar boat.  I really don't want the scars of a double mast, and am praying I qualify for a peri.  I'm a small/medium B size and have been binding with a moderate/loose binder for a year. I pull the nipples to where they would be on a masculine chest, and have not had any sagging or stretch marks after a year, so I'm hopeful.

Yeah we sound about the same. When do you plan to get it? You'll probably do it before I do so it'd be interesting to hear how yours turns out. I've heard a lot that your skins elasticity(that's prob spelled wrong) has a lot  to do with your end result but.. I don't see how honestly either way my skins pretty elastic and my scars fade almost to nothing after couple years but idk how my cheat will react you know? There's always that fear.. I'm probably gonna stick to my plan and hope for the best. I've seen se scar treatment that turn out amazing so hopefully I can do that if scars result.

Don't be too sure about that, I'm currently focusing on starting T and legal changes, I don't think I'll get surgery until a year or so from now, so I'm hoping my luck holds until then. I'm sure I'll post about it on here when I get closer to that/go through with it.

Dude.. I'm not even out yet and when I decide to be's gonna be when I'll move overseas probably and start fresh so that's not until I get my bachelors at least. Couple years at best for me lol but def let me know how it goes for you and who you go to. I'm about to be 21 and I've always gotten on with older crowds better but i find it's getting difficult lately when I look like a teenager. Far as girls yeah in HS I was definitely the "lesbian hookup" a lot of straight girls had back then lmao but only comments I ever really remembers they like my hair and eyes so least I got that going for me ha

I agree, lot of the time the girls I did have interactions with they themselves couldn't explain why they were attracted to me because they were one hundred percent straight. Ha but it makes sense to be simply be inexplicably attracted to masculinity. I'm certainly the same way when it comes to femininity lol all I can hopes that once I'm me physically it'll be enough for some girl out there lol
