Don't get excited everyone. There are still serious issue's to over come. First these are transplants between cis females and that is a huge difference. MtF also do not have the correct nerve pathways and they can't just be attached if they did. Scar tissue formation means it would have no sensation. They there is compatibility much like organ donation. You could be on a waiting list for years and if (IF) you had a donor the chances of a match are very low. As someone earlier indicated the anatomy is not there for MtFs to receive one any way. Yes, I am a medical professional. Science is just not there yet.  :(

I know, I know.... we can dream though! :D

Not yet. Maybe not in our lifetime, but it will happen. Hope for those that come after us.

Technology is wonderful!
Look up in the sky, it makes you feel so high!

The idea of science figuring out a way to provide transwomen with fully functioning reprodcutive system would be a dream come true for me.  Too bad it probably won't happen in my lifetime but a girl can dream right :P

I sure hope I can get a fully functioning female reproduction system someday. I would actually love to be pregnant, even with all the crap that goes with it.   :-*

As a medic I can tell you not to hold your breathe. Science is still 30 years at the minimum from doing this. Transplants to cis females IS possible. Transplants to Transgirls is not. Sorry to burst your bubble.  :)

All things are possible, but through time. In the 19th century technology growth has equaled the 18 centuries before combined. The 20th century has equaled the 19 centuries, and they predict that the 21st century will equal the first 20 centuries.... So it may be here quicker than one would think. Eventually, they will be able to produce donor bodies through stem cells and 3d printing, and transplant your brain or download your conscience into said bodies. Then with (manufactured) they could make you young again, shorter or taller, possibly make you genetically and physically the sex that you wanted, with fully functional organs

This! Just, THIS! I'm waiting but there's only so long one can wait sadly. Also, they could eventually make it so you don't get sick either however, there is only one problem I foresee with this, ok two, 1st being, people not dying, world becomes more over populated thus eventually killing us unless we can live without certain things such as food & water and even then, that may STILL kill us. 2 is, the soul. How would one convert/transfer the soul to the new body? For that matter, where in the body If it even IS in the body, (for all we know it could be the shadow or it could be something outside of the body) is the soul? Without the soul, you'd not be able to be in the new body.
