An amazing thing has happened since i started taking estrogen, something unexpected, my brown spots and vein problems in my feet and legs are going away dramatically, and my skin down there is getting smooth and it seems all my circulation is improving! I don't know if its the spiro and estrogen, but it seems like it has to be estrogen, i mean nothing has helped before and I have had vein problems and brown skin spots on my ankles and feet since 2004. But I looked this morning in amazement and said to myself "how is this possible"? Anyone else experience this?

Do you have any liver problems? That can cause spots, and a reduction in stress caused by starting HRT can reduce liver problems.

Are you in internet marketing? The thread title reads like it.

nope no liver problems, in fact after my recent blood tests im very healthy, cept for being overweight, but my blood shows im good.

Did your blood tests include liver function tests?

I am a diabetic. 17 years ago I was out of control. I changed my life in order to save my legs. I had a lot of body damage and it took years to recover. I always had left and right leg brown shin skin and top of feet. My hA1C has been 5 to 5.2 for many years now but the brown, and painful, skin persisted. I have been on HRT for 16 months and noticed the brown going away. Add progesterone in June and now the brown is 90% gone.

My liver is fine.

I should tell my doctor about these changes, also yours are encouraging
