Delivered client reports today earliest ever. Normally I have to work back very late to get them all done, 12am. Today it was before 6pm.
Sent an email to the team thanking those involved as it all went well.

Big storm in Sydney tonight. lots of great lightning and heavy rain. Love the smell. :)
So long and thanks for all the fish

Today I came out to my 84 year old father.  I had been hedging and finding it difficult to get to the point and he was getting quite agitated.  When I finally told him that I was trans, he said 'thank goodness, that you only need to take hrt to be ok, I thought that you were going to say that you had cancer!"  While I probably gave him too much detail, dad seemed good.  He called me a few minutes ago and thanked me for sharing this with him.  He said that he felt honoured.  I feel likewise.

I got my endo to prescribe me a year's supply of E and P, and I don't need to ever see him again.  Apparently once you've eliminated T from the equation, it's a lowered maintenance dose forever.   My endo is out of my health care network and doesn't take insurance, and since I'm post-orchi, all I need to do is find an in-network gynecologist.  This is going to save me a boatload of money next year!

I'm sprung!   No more therapy, no more psych, no more endo, no more doctors until next year.

Pizza party chez Jill tomorrow!!!  (I make killer pizzas when I'm happy.  ;D )

That's pretty great news, hon. *huggles*

I am so making one of them straight up pepperoni!  I'm making 4 wheat crusts in a few minutes, unfortunately they take a day to rise...

I used to work as a pizza/Italian cook at a couple of places in college and can still toss dough like a pro.  I have 3 screens and 2 pizza stones and I'm not afraid to use them!

I do, but not enough to buy a transcontinental airline ticket. Someone eat a slice for me.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

One more day of no jury duty.  Hopefully I get passed over the next two days as well.

So not looking forward to having to out myself if I get sucked in.

Wow, when it rains, it pours.

Got 4th row and VIP backstage passes (read: open bar) for The Who next September.

Sometimes I feel like I am the luckiest unlucky girl in the world.

Finally came out to my mom. And she tells me that it don't matter and she couldn't change it if she wanted to and I am who I am and she loves me regardless. :) such a major mind ease!

Great! Too bad more people don't have a fabulous mom like her, keep her close, she's a total sweetheart with a logical brain in her loving head!

I'm trying to. She has always been there for me. Somehow it feels like she's saying this to avoid the fight because she knows it won't change my mind, I know she won't call my by chosen name, but she will continue to use my birth name, and by feminine pronouns, but at least she isn't trying to fight me on anything. So it's a plus to everything!

Yup we take what we can get! Parents can't help their resistance to such change, but it is remarkable when they have the sense to realize that you are your own person and they aren't in control of your life anymore.
