So I just read about the 'CoolSculpting' procedure but I wasn't able to find any infromation if it works on removing at least some fat of the female breasts. I am looking for any other possibilities that I am able to do at the time being.

You would have to make an query to one of the providers of the service.  Looks like it just basically freezes fat cells to death, but you'd still have plenty of skin hanging around.  Maybe it would be an option for smaller-chested guys - who knows. 

It won't get rid of the glands and such that puberty produced. It just removes fat cells. If you really wanted to try it out take a bag of ice and hold it there for a few hours each day and see if anything happens.

I tried the ice bag for a few months, did not work for me

I wanted to try the ice but it's quite a bother. Think the actual procedure can cost like $2k and at that point someone should get a nutritionist and personal trainer.

I never tried ice but I put those heat belts to burn fat away (I don't remember the brand) but I didn't do it continuously so I can't say if it worked or not.

I thought heat belts were just to get rid of water weight?

With all of the fat loss "breakthroughs" happening recently I would be leery of any new expensive fat loss programs until they were truly and full tested with plenty of independent reviews. I suspect that the money that otherwise would have gone to this procedure would be better spent in your top surgery fund.

Save  your money. Breast "fat" isn't the same as regular body fat (if cool sculpting even works on regular body fat, which I think is debatable). Of course if you lose a whole bunch of weight you'd lose breast size but you actually have to lose a whole bunch of weight.
