In 2005 i had full FFS with Dr. Ousterhout and the results were fantastic. Fast forward to 2014 and i decided i would like to get a little more work done. Don't get me wrong, i pass 100%, i am just obsessed with looking young and beautiful :-)  Anyway, i always thought my chin was still a little too pointy so that is what got me to contact Dr. O about having some more surgery done. He informed me that he was semi-retired and would perform my surgery but the lead surgeon would be this young hottie named Dr. Deschamps-Braly. I was confident that as long as Dr. O was in the room that everything would go alright.

Anyway, i scheduled surgery for September 25, 2014.   As it got closer to surgery time i decided to get more work done.  So here is what i got (some of which i have already had done before by Dr. O and had revised): hairline advance, hairline reshape, brow lift, massetter muscles removed on jaw line, major jaw bone tapering, sliding genioplasty, chin shave, neck lipo, fat grafting in every wrinkle and above my cheek implants, lip lift, lip augmentation with dermis from my forehead, cleft chin removal, and some sebaceous hyperplaceas and acne indentions removed via punch excision. THIS WAS JUST SHY OF AN ELEVEN HOUR SURGERY! The recovery wasn't too bad but i'm a surgery whore so this is old hat lol.

Message me if you have questions. Oh and the cost was like $54,000 and change plus 14 days in a hotel room.  Note that there is NO COCOON HOUSE ANYMORE. After you are discharged from the hospital, you are on your own.

Here are some pictures that show me pre-op and post-op.  The first two pictures are of me pre-op and were taken two days before my surgery with Dr. Deschamps-Braly. Note that I had already had FFS with Ousterhout in 2005.  The second two pictures are of me post FFS with Dr. Deschamps-Braly and were taken tonight (10-16-14). I had surgery with Dr. Deschamps-Braly on September 25th so i am about 3 weeks post-op. You can clearly see the tremendous swelling in the jaw and chin area. My lips are also fairly swollen.  Being an FFS veteran, i am under no illusion that i will be seeing my final results next week. The swelling will take 4-6 months to go down and up to a year to completely resolve itself. But i think its worth it.

You can contact him at (415) 624-3922 (his receptionist is Joni and she is an absolute sweetheart). Do remember they are obviously on Pacific time but not only that, they take a lunch break from like 12-3.  Otherwise they always answer.  Oh, and you can still contact Dr. Ousterhout via his website and he will just refer you to Dr. Deschamps-Braly.  Dr. Ousterhout has actually moved into Dr. Deschamps-Braly's office, skulls and all. When i was there he was moving all of his stuff in and is no longer on the Davies campus.  Remember that when you consult with Dr. Deschamps-Braly you will also be consulting with Dr. Ousterhout at the same time because they work in the same office and both attend the consult. There is a great synergy here too.  Whereas Dr. O was not very keen on doing soft tissue work, in my opinion, Dr. Deschamps-Braly is not only super aggressive on bone work but also a master of soft tissue and muscle work.  For example, Dr. Descchamps-Braly fixed a small cleft in my chin that several prominent FFS surgeons that you all know said could not be fixed!!  He also did some incredible sebaceous cyst excision and acne scar removal. Lastly he is a master of fat transfer which he harvests from the umbilical area. With that fat he can erase fine lines, enhance cheeks, prevent laugh lines, etc . . .

Anyway, give them a call.  Tell them Christina sent you. My name isn't Stacy lol

Do you mind if I ask who did your revisions? I think you still looked great even before your September surgery :)

I don't understand. What do you mean by revisions? I was happy with my original work. I just wanted more work done.

Hi Stacy,

I am strongly considering Drs O and DB and would greatly appreciate your perspectives.  I am still new here so I do not yet have enough posts to reach out to you directly via PM... Is there perhaps another way we could communicate?

Thank you so much!

Kind Regards,
Michelle

Joni is a sweetheart and will be missed.  From the web site,  Camille Perez has come to Dr. D-B's office from another plastic surgery practice.   Interesting to see that she speaks French and Spanish.
