Senior staff are now recognised with a gold star badge and a label of (S) before their staff position. This is in recognition of the fantastic work, the responsibility they carry and also so that staff and members know who the senior staff are in each area.

I think this is a wonderful recognition of the tireless work that staff do and recognition of the effort staff do over a long period.

(We were going to double the wages but 2 x zero isn't much of an increase!)

I would personally like to thank ALL staff but in particular at this time the people who have given long term commitment to their jobs.
