I feel like I'm going through my 2nd puberty here and I absolutely HATE IT!  :icon_anger:

I should have noticed sooner but, what I'm currently facing is, acme appearing more on my whole body (Thankfully it's only a few here and there but still), dry scalp is worse and dry skin is spreading more all over my face than before (Nothing works, already tried stuff, can only cure it temporarily but not cure it completely), the hair on my body is coming back sooner than ever before and worse of all (besides all of this into one awful package of course :P) is that I am having more trouble keeping myself calm and friendly and am just feeling like a ravenous beast that's ready to lash out at others and not to mention that I'm a very patient girl but since my hormones started changing again, I have found myself not having nearly as much patients as I once had.

I've not been taking hormones and really wish to get on E and blockers, oh they can't get here soon enough I tell you but, just knowing my body is changing again due to these male hormones is driving me nuts, no, crazy and insane is a far better word here. Damn me getting older and these hormones changing for the worse. I hate it so freaking much!  :icon_anger: Is there no way to get these hormones in check without the use of E/blockers or other medicine?

well, i was suffering from very dry skin, i started using "dove" soap, and never had a problem again.
Worth a try, took about a week or two to show results.

I'm a bit confused here...you're not on HRT but you feel your hormones are out of whack? How is that? Also, I agree with Jessica.

When we age, our hormones change too. So my body's hormones are changing and not in the direction of female but of more male. -_- *Sigh*

Can you change your diet some? I am no expert or anything but I hear spearmint and other things can help block testosterone. Maybe at least slow it down? Try some mint tea. Anyone know what other foods or herbs help with this?

I've been afraid of changing, cuz I built my life around you.
but time makes you bolder, children get older , I'm getting older too.

My experience with spearmint tea was I drank an awful lot of it for very minimal result. It's good for post menopausal women not so good against male bodies. :(

But as men age, testosterone levels decrees, not increase. So it's something else.
So how is your diet? Has it changed recently?
Do you have more stress in your life?
