I started HRT 2 years ago at the age of 35. I think its very late to start with and makes me very unhappy often. Yes, for an "30-ager" i may got good results but i always think about how it would be if i started with 20 or 25. Personally its a bad fate for me.

I can't say for you but I'm just starting my transition at 34, I knew I was trans when I was 12-13 but due to social circumstances and where I was personally I don't think I would have survived transitioning at that age, perhaps when I was 21/22 and moved abroad I could have but we tend to forget that the world was a different place back then. When I meet a girl that started in her teens I do get a bit jealous but in the end we all have to accept the cards that we were dealt and the decisions we make, it's not like we can change them.

Based on your pictures I'd say you got dealt a pretty good hand, you look better than most cis women around and I think you can be pretty happy.

I think you look great! I started at 28, it would have been nice to start earlier, but having no means of altering the past, I can only focus on the future.

You started at 35!!! I would be happy if I looked as good as you. I am about to start and I am only 23! you are beautiful. I honestly would have guessed you were 25

I'm 44 and just started HRT.  You're young!!!  And look gorgeous!  Whatever you're doing, keep doing it, it's pure success in my eyes!

Today was the last day of one-week conference, and I delivered my final talk.
Strangely, aged women like to talk with me. Korean aged women advised me on raising up my hair.
A Russian woman took a photo of me when I delivered my presentation.
Oh. Another young and pretty Russian girl took photos together with me, and later gave me a small gift (chocolate).
At night, I chatted with an aged woman from Australia for longer time.
Generally, women become far more friendly and talkative to me.
And, most women asked me whether it is not difficult or painful to wear high heels.
I replied "No. Not all all."

Today's photos, and I am now a little bit tired from the long conference....
