It's going to be hot either way, so not wearing the extra clothes probably won't make much difference. I found it pretty hard to bear this summer down in England in a binder, tshirt and work shirt, but didn't find it much worse when I misinterpreted the weather and ended up in a binder, shirt and coat in an equally hot day. Keeping hydrated is key, as is wearing something light on the lower half of the body. I felt that wearing thick heavyweight trousers to be the worst part of summer at work rather than the top half.
