I didn't really think I would consider this an option for me but because of the way I damaged my back really bad I am looking for a binder to wear only at home that doesn't cause pain but does the job of stopping the balls from moving back and forth. I don't want the Ebay binders from the Chinese sellers that come with the tiny hooks because I owned them all and on top of that I got so disgusted having to put them on because I had to actually look at those parts and I can't deal with that.

I also wanted to mention that I don't want anything that has the word 'bra' please.
I am male because I say so and nothing more.
I don't have to look or act like one therefore.

Have you tried the tri-top from Underworks? I find that it does the job and (for me) it is painless. You might want to give that a try--it's only $30.

Not sure how large your chest is but I use gc2compression.com binders and they don't squeeze me to death... But sometimes they do chafe under my arm.

for comfortable, easy to put on, I use a loveboat velcro binder. I basically just wear it around the house because it's a bit big but it is comfortable. I can't find the one I have on the loveboat page though. Hmm... I'm confused now.

I got the TriTop this week and I don't want to take it off. I mean, I'm debating on ordering 1 or 2 more, so I can wear one to work and not smell like coffee when I go out later, etc. Its super comfortable and, after the first time, easy to get on and off.

What happened to your back? I'm also a Massage therapist out of Chicago, are you nearby?

Thank you for the replies. I never tried anything else other than style 997 from Underworks. So maybe I will try the TriTop. And I also don't know how large mine are because I dare not look but I currently wear size small with 997.

Thank you LittleBoyBear but I am not near there. I basically bound myself to the extreme all day long with no consideration towards my overall health (back and thighs and now legs...)and prioritized my chest appearing flat above all and even initially putting up with x-small size for 2 years. I even used very unnatural methods before I even knew about binders. So I disabled myself intentionally and unintentionally.

My velcro LesLoveBoat binder is waaay more comfortable than my Underworks binder.

I just thought of something here. Is there a binder or anything else that I can do to ONLY bind the breasts and not the back at all?

It really depends on your size. The issue is that in order to have a tight fit it HAS to go around the back and ends up binding that as well. If you're on the smaller side (A-B) then you can get slightly looser binders that still do a nice job of flattening/shaping without putting any pressure on the back. Is it your upper or lower back? If lower, then getting a mid length should help whatever size you are.
