Hi,

I am a male and although I like to present as female quite a lot I'm not bothered about transitioning or even taking HRT. I'm quite happy in my "mostly male" stage really, but I would like to make my face more feminine via surgery. I should point out that if I had the support as a teenager I may well have fully transitioned. But as a 33 year old, who is happily married (and supported fully), I don't feel such an urge, and would be happy making myself more androgynous.

To this end, I've already had a rhinoplasty to alter the projection and size of my tip, and next month I am having a lip lift.

Neither of these things drastically alter my "guy" appearance and actually complement my looks in male or female mode (in my opinion, anyway)

After this, the real biggie is my chin, and my brow bossing.

It's the brow bossing in particular that seems hard to gain info on. The only examples I see tend to be people transitioning, along with forehead lifts / scalp advances / whatever. Pricing is vague, and I can't find many examples of someone in my position. In male mode I am shaven headed, so was also concerned about the scarring.

Are there many non-transitioned guys who have had this operation for the purpose I want? Obviously it's hard to comment without seeing my pictures, but I would prefer if the end result was not tipped too heavily towards a female look, but more softened features. Kind of Andre Pejic-ish, not that I'd ever be that attractive  ;D

Hi Amyd

just last night came across a makeup artist who they are presenting them self in androgynous way. They mentioned in one of their tutorial that they have done their eye brow via surgery for more feminine face. As far as I know this person is not transitioning so check em up.
Their name is JOSEPH HARWOOD , has youtube channel , facebook and other social media accounts.

good luck

I think lot of ftm doesn't need to do brow bone augmentation to pass as male so even if the result is "too good", i think you can still pass as male. Scar is the problematic one, its long and it would be noticeable with shaved head.
