I'm inclined to say no, because intersex is a condition from birth.

Nope.  If that were the case, then breast cancer survivors who got mastectomies would be considered inter sexed.

But yeah, I believe it's a natal condition.

Nope, but I can see why you might ask. IF someone has a metoidoplasty, their penis is going to look like some intersex folks. I believe the surgery itself is taken from some surgery done with intersex people. But I agree it's inborn.

Intersex is a condition from birth. usually from a chromosome pairing ( or more than 2 chromosomes) that doesn't equate tot eh normal xx or xy. And it's not always external, you can be intersex by DNA alone and not have ambiguous genitals. ike infertile women are often carrying a y chromosome or vce versa men who are sterile could have 2 x chromosomes. plus it's about as common as being a redhead so there are a lot of intersex people in the world.

unfortunately usually when people are born intersex and have ambiguous genitals doctors will try to "fix it" can cause gender identity issues later on if the person identifies as male and was given a vagina without the consent of parents.

it's an issue i was brought to light in in a class i took, it's very interesting, i'd read up on it.

Intersexed, I agree, is a different thing all together. I've had top surgery and I certainly don't view myself as inter sexed. I'm a man with different medical needs, sure, but it's a whole different bag of cats.
