I have three binders, two underworks 988s, and a velcro binder that's a size too big. I tend to wear the 988s more often, as they get me flatter than the velcro binder, but I'm school 12 hours a day because of travel, extra study, etc.
Is wearing my binder all day in school too much? Should I take it off before my extra 2 hour study class after school? That'd knock 2 and a half hours off the wear time, as it takes an hour for me to get home. Any input?

I believe you're not supposed to be binding more than 8 hours a day. I know when I was commuting to school after work I could be binding anywhere between 8-14 hours a day depending on traffic. I didn't experience any negative effects, but I'm sure it wasn't good for my ribs and such.

I would say put it on in the car once you get to where you're going, and take it off before you drive home. If you're comfortable taking it off during your study class, I'd recommend it.
