So recently reading an article and just generally seeing it in real life, I know that as you get older, by around the time you reach your 40's and onwards your earlobes, hands, and feet grow a bit again. Now I could really care less about earlobes but my concern is of course feet and hands. As it stands at 27 years old and being on hormones for 2.5 years both my feet and hand size could be better but they aren't horrible, and they got better due to being on hormones. I went from a size 13 mens to roughly a size 11.5-10 in mens depending on the shoe....so roughly a size 12 in women's now. For hand size mine aren't small, but they aren't enormous either...my mom and I actually have the same hand size. But she has been through menopause, and I've noticed my hand size is about relative to a middle aged or older woman. Since I have high levels of testosterone blocked but I'm taking estrogen, would I expect my hands and feet to grow again as I get older? I am really hoping they just....stay as they are because any bigger and it really becomes an issue I feel. Any transitions who have been at this for a while for a few decades or so who could pitch in their experiences? I'm really curious. Thanks.

Well, your osification should have ended already so if you don't gain fat/water retention or get a mega cartilage grow (it should lower instead when you get older) I don't think you should be afraid of that...

My mom lost about 1 and 1/2 inches in height and 1/2 points of shoes after menopause because of cartilage shrink. She just took it back at 60 because of water retention but well her feet/hands haven't grew in size.
