How do I post a picture in reply to someone's post?? This is so confusing hahah

You need to use an image hosting site, I use Photobucket. Your code should look like this, minus the three asterisks which I added to break it up.

[IMG***]http://i1279.photobucket.com/albums/y537/DevlynMarie/P1010006_zpseb703503.jpg[/img]

Take out the three asterisks and voila.
