Well, along with everything else, you may have seen that a #$(^&)(@$%&^( cousin of mine, wrote to Washington and said that I am a danger, not in my right mind, and that I should not be working..  Yeah, he really did that!

Has anyone on purpose, screwed you like this, because they thot you were really crazy for changing?  And by crazy, I don't mean, "aw, he did what? He's crazy!"   I mean, delusional, insane, psychotic...

I am considering a lawyer, for defamation, and financial harm, as it is going to screw my family, and could make me lose my house, that I am paying for, and they are living in.

Wow. I can't believe a family member would even come close to doing anything like that. That is really sad. Well the controlling agency that controls the industry you work for shouldn't just take someone's word for it. So you may have to do an interview or a Psyche eval and if they do flush you down the toilet, sue for defamation. But a psychiatrist would be able to clear you for doing what you do as long as you don't have episodes of psychosis, suicidal, homicidal, or schizophrenic or any of the other things that may cut you out from doing your job.

I asked for, and took the Millan eval from my PhD therapist, Friday, will be several days til it gets read and the result are back, but that is the silver bullet that will put this to rest.  I have never had any "episodes", suicidal thoughts or otherwise.. and honestly, since I had to leave my house, and actually began to live as I should have these past 50yrs, I am the happiest girl -you- ever saw!  =)

The Govt is strange, the way it works... several -ex wives have done this very thing to get back at their -exes.. calling up and saying "I heard him moaning and carrying on saying he has nothing to live for.." etc, so they pull him offline, he loses money, not being paid, has to PAY to take psych evals to clear his name, and all the while has to .. wait for it.... PAY THE -EX, STILL!  Its a dumbass world out there and we are guilty until proven innocent. Cant even work with a supervisor to watch us.. so, its a lose-lose battle..  I will never talk to him again, ever.  I hope he has a good lawyer, he's gonna need it.   >:(

I'm so sorry and I feel for you sweetie. Nobody has tried anything that conniving on me as of yet. I'm divorced and there is a custody agreement for my children. That's in place and signed by the judge. But after coming out to my ex-wife she keeps planning stuff for the weekends that I'm supposed to have my children. I contacted my attorney about this, along with the local LGBTQ attorneys who are all ready to go to fight for me at this continues, I'll keep you posted.

I wish you nothing but the best of luck on your journey, and I hope that the powers that be see through the BS that your cousins put you through. May the Angels always be looking upon you, and guiding you on your journey.

Hugs,

Melissa Ann

I went to a psychologist looking for my second surgery letter. After collecting my $190.00, he not only refused to write it (in part because I was still living with my estranged wife), but also talked my regular therapist into withdrawing her willingness to write one.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

I had an experience like this with my ex. Being a Deputy Sheriff I used to do EODs so my wife knew the process. She called in and said I was suicidal so she would have 72 hours to clean the house out. I got out early when staff figured it out and surprised her and her friends robbing me blind.  >:(

I would find a good lawyer and sue your cousin (for a very large amount of money) for slander. In some states it's not only a serious civil offense, but criminal as well. I wouldn't do it for the money, but would do it for your protection and proof that if he does something else, you already have something to discredit him with.

I have to agree.  Time to lawyer up and consider that sometimes the best defense is a good offense.

Shoot Paula,

There is nothing I can add  :-\  It sounds like something my ex would do, except she already has everything.  :'(  Don't you just love paying for houses you aren't allowed to use?

Hi Paula Christine,

People can be so nasty these days.  How has the rest of your family reacted to this cousin's actions?

Paige :)

Yup I have to agree with a good lawyer. If it was me I would sue. And I have never lost a legal case. Because if I am wrong I own up and take care of it. And if I am right I win. This for me would be a law suit for the point of it, not the money. Lots of People think the USA is sue happy. But in this case I would take it as far as I could to prove a point. If you win it could help others in the future. And help stop others from trying it in the future.
