Apples Mk.II

Last wednesday I had the final talk with the surgeon before going under the knife, possibly in January. Once I'm back from Bangkok and FFS, I'm supposed to give them a call so that they can start scheduling the surgery (it's a public hospital and covered by GID treatment, so it does not work as in a private clinic).

The talk was about confirming what I wanted done: round implants, a bit bigger than the media, and with an armpit incission.I don't like anatomics and they would imply a ful under breast incission, since I haven't developed areolas.

So, he agreed to do it, but he told me that he may still need to do a small underbreast incission to expand the pocket from there. it's the first time I hear about something like this. Is this normal or he lacks the ability to create a full pocket from the armpit?

The rest of it, the standard: Silicon gel implants,  which can be moderate, moderate plus or high profile, and uner the muscle. They haven't told me which ones will use or the size, since they will try with the test implants while I am under anaesthesia. Supposedly they are aiming for the most natural look (and pissed off that I don't want anatomics).
