  :D ;D ^-^ :)Weeeeeee  :D ;D ^-^ :)

Apologies to all the people at the foot of the mountains right now. I think my squeals of joy, have reached the pitch only dogs can hear and they are joining in.

Today my youngest sister and I caught up for a coffee and to discuss our lovely family.  The drama involving the two of us and our brother, who is going to our sister's wedding and who from our family has been invited. As we are talking I show her some pictures of what I'm wearing to the wedding. Get a very nice then a you have to take a picture of the cake for me.  (She is a chef by trade so this is understandable).

So feeling more confident a little while later I show her a receipt I have that says Mrs Gypsy blah blah.
"Why did they do that? "
Iean back in my chair and ask her to take a look at me and what would you think.

Near the end I ask if she would be surprised if I ended up with more mail saying Mrs on them, her response
"No not at all"

Now here's the kicker for me she doesn't know when she knew but it was before last year, when I took her out for birthday drinks as my avatar and she mistook me for a girl originally then ;D. Talk about an open secret, here I was getting stressed over something that was pretty much an about time.

I still need to work on pronouns with her, but for now it is very nice to have a family member in my corner.
Two family members down only around ninety eight to go

Weeeeeeeeeee  ;D :D

Cool, always nice to have family who are on side.

PS - I wondered what that squealing sound was!

So that's why I suddenly started to chase my tail...! LOL but seriously, that's great news. I'm really happy for you, like Grace says it really is wonderful to have family members in your corner.

Much love,

Melissa Ann

That's great to hear, it just seemed like a smooth transition to being referred as a girl instead of coming out.

Well I still have to have a serious conversation on pronouns and why they are important. Not just because it is me but safety as well, but it's nothing a rolled up newspaper and a spray bottle shouldn't fix :P

I've also talked her into driving me up to Queensland so I can tell all my family up there eventually :D
