im remembering a few things from when i was younger coming back to me.  (i have major memory issues from a traumatic family death when i was younger.   
anyways.

i remember that back when i was like, 14-15-16 years old or so. somewhere in that range.  i actually had breast buds forming normally, that ended up getting to about the size of a quarter.   i dont know what happened to them cause i dont have them now at 25 =/  unfortunately.   i so wished they would actually grow back then.   did anyone else have tiny ones form at all when you were younger?

wonder what happened to them,  and if that had happened maybe theres some hidden feminization present, or at least something present that might take to estrogen when im able to start.   gotta find something to be hopeful about.

I started growing boobs as a teenager which made high school very awkward for me so I dropped out.

Around age 12 or 13 there was a pea-sized knot underneath each nipple.  It was painful if squeezed.

There was no actual breast development until 45 years later.

I grew small ones, perhaps AA, when I started puberty. Pain, the whole deal. Scared me and mom took me to the doctor who told us what was up. He said to ignore it unless it didn't stop soon. Never had the surgery, thank goodness. Now, on HRT that old familiar ache is back.  The nice thing is, since I've had them for decades it will be longer for others to notice the new growth.

False (only fat-tissue) Gynecomastia is pretty common during male puberty, but usually it goes away after some time.
I personally didn't have it and i'm unsure if i'm sad or happy about it (talking about bullying in school and such).

Yes! I actually ended up with some gynecomastia - genuine breast tissue - but it was pretty small, and I was very disappointed when I didn't go on to get big breasts like my sister. This might've been a hint.

On the bright side, it also meant I was very responsive to HRT when I did start.

I do not remember having breast buds, but my boobs grew a bit,  and my aureola, and nipples grew a lot.

I'm not sure I'd know if I had some minor form of breast development back then, since I was a fat teenager. I don't recall noticing anything, but if they were a little sore at some point, I probably wouldn't have paid much attention to it.

My buds stayed till i was 17 then after enough hrt i had enough development to lose the pain. My experience wasn't pleasant as i had sensitive breasts for 4 years...
Those things are evil and you should rejoice once they are gone. Breasts are nice buds are evil!

I had somewhat normal female breast development. Welcome to the world of PAIS. My particular syndrome is more aggressive than MAIS but less severe than PAIS sort of like the mid-point between the two thus, I actually "grew" strange looking breasts. It destroyed my relationships, caused torment, belittling, name-calling, harassment, etc., so I dropped out of high school in my junior year. There was nothing fun about it. I also refused both testosterone and dihydrotestosterone shots during puberty thus, I avoided a lot of normal male physical changes such as facial and body hair. I hate body hair and am quite thankful that I am almost completely hairless everywhere except my head.

Nope, I was a skinny flat chested kid. I didn't get them until I first started HRT in 1989. They stuck around even though I stopped HRT after two years and got skinny again. That, I believe, did help me with quick breast development once I restarted HRT last year.

I remember all too well during puberty that when I was in the shower I saw swollen breasts. I was very concerned about it, in fact. It did go away eventually. I was very skinny at that time, too, so any breast enlargement would have shown up, and surely did. Many years later I find out that it is a normal thing to go through at that stage of life.
