I've always been confident that I'd be able to get peri surgery because I'm so small chested. But im also very tall and am prone to stretch marks. I have them everywhere. Knees, inner and outer thighs, butt. Also from serious weight gain a little over a year ago (I've since lost 50 lbs) I now have them on my stomach and sides (some even split up parts of a tattoo). And then, of course, I have them on my chesticles. A bunch starting from my nipples towards the middle of my chest and then a couple going out the other way. My chesticles aren't close to being large enough to cause stretch marks, so it's completely because of growing vertically. Lately though I've really been worried about how it will affect my top surgery results in the future. Like maybe Im really small but my skin elasticity might be terrible?? I'm worried.

I'm not sure how it would be for peri but there are results out there with stretch marks, http://www.lfplasticsurgery.com/photo-gallery/details.cfm?ID=20&Startrow=1

It doesn't look bad per say it is just a little strange looking to me but I've never seen a guy with marks like that on their chest, fat or not. I advise to not have a bra shaped tan line.

How long have you had these stretch marks? I used to have something exactly like you described, and after...ermmmm...maybe two years? They are completely faded and I forget I ever had them. Like I just looked for them right now and can't spot where they were.

The marks from weight gain are recent and some are fading. The rest of them have been there for probably at least a decade.

You could also try shea butter therapy too which can help with reducing the look of stretch marks. Twice daily applications (higher concentrate the better)
I'm in the same position as you are, kinda grew too fast and then coupled with having 2 bio children I'm littered with them. But the shea butter has helped a lot with mine for the most part. A lot are in that "reflective" stage where only the right light/flash of cameras really pick them up.
I run a FtM blog where I pour my experiences out for others to read. Check it out!

Thanks for the reply Hex! Should I look for that at a rite aid or like whole foods? I bought bio-oil a while back but I don't like how it feels under my binder so Ive never really used it.

Rite-aid should have something I would think. I've never actually been to one so don't take my total word on it lol
