Sir Real

7 months! Dressed up for an interview the other day. How old do I look?

Handsome! I'm really really bad at guessing someone's age, but I'd say 21-22?

My hair's gotten a bit out of shape again (because going to a barber is sooooo difficult), thus covering it. IMO, I look better this way, too.

Total pass.

Beaver- I'm bad at age but you don't look like a kid to me. So college age or older.

post a pic chris, I'm sure you pass

Ok, here goes nothing. I am getting correctly gendered some of the time now but it's not consistent. And clothes definitely make a difference. In my work uniform I don't pass well at all even though my name tag has a male name. It's depressing.

Please don't quote the pictures because I will be taking them down after a bit.

BOMBADIL! Love the new name [emoji16]

Honestly, in the pics I see nothing but a guy. A cool guy! I'm sorry that gendering isn't consistent yet - it will come!

Thanks! I'm actually 20, so your guess is pretty spot-on. Might be the suit, but it's nice to be seen my age finally.

Total pass to me, no question from what I can see.

Chris, you look like you would pass better than the last time I saw you. Looks kinda like the T is working on your face structure. Definitely manly.

And beaver, you look killer in that suit. Your hair and face totally pass independent of the suit, though. You're wearing it, it's not wearing you.

No picture to show the outfit, but last night I passed at my friend's bday gathering! ;D

Wasn't purposely trying to pass, but one of my friend's co-workers who came, and whom I met for the first time last night called me "HE"  :icon_geekdance:

Did you ever consider if there could be other underlying reasons why other than mere looks e.g. body language or speech pattern? I find that trans guys who do not adopt a masculine style of being (speech pattern, body language etc.) are far more likely to be continually misgendered even after being a long time on T. Because it's definitely not your looks tbh, it really isn't. There must be other reasons why people get mixed signals from you.
Come watch with me as our world burns.

Thought I would see what yall thought. Im not on testosterone or anything yet. just now coming to terms about being transgender

Hey, I think you'll do great on t! :) I see ambiguous traits now.

Have you tried playing with accessories like glasses, hats? :)

Edit: sorry, I just wanted to say I didn't want to imply you or anyone had to go (or want to go) on t.

Thanks! I have tried glasses but I feel like they make me look more feminine. Ill see about a hat though!

Yeah, on some guys (me, for example [emoji13]) glasses can give a more feminine appearance -- others look more masculine with them. I'm determined to find a pair that makes me look less like a girl [emoji33]. It has to be possible!

Hey All. I'm a little more than 5 1/2 months on T and as of this week I've lost about 60lbs from my heaviest of 230 1 1/2 years ago. I've lost some excess chest fat, so when I stretch out I feel like they're not there anymore. I took a picture and wanted to ask for opinions on how me and my chest look 6 months on T. I'm not sure about the rules, since I'm technically pre-op, so I'll post the link instead of the actual photo:

Thanks!

I just see a shirtless guy in the pic.  Well played, sir.

Yeah Kam, they don't really look like "boobs" at all (sorry, I couldn't think of a better word). At most you would just look like a guy with very minor gyno when you're not stretching out.
