I obviously want to feminize my forehead, but would prefer an endoscopic approach. I have a flat sloping forehead profile, no brow ridge, but male brow bossing. My supraorbital rims are the most masculine part of my forehead. I have the appearance of deepset eyes with little visible upper eyelid. If I were to avoid a type III procedure, to minimise soft tissue damage, and have an endoscopic procedure to reduce my supraorbital rims and to burr the underside of my orbits to draw out my upper eyelids, would this go a long way to feminize my eyes, or is a type III procedure crucial to appear feminine?

I wouldn't assume that the endoscopic approach would necessarily minimize soft tissue damage. Can you imagine a power grinder spinning at full speed in the tight gap between your forehead soft tissues and your frontal bone? It doesn't sound like the safest thing for the soft tissues.
Also I don't think you can burr the underside of your orbits unless you are able to put the grinder in a transverse position with respect to the forehead, which is something you can't do unless you peel off the forehead, I guess.
I don't think a type III procedure is crucial to appear feminine, but almost always it is crucial to make your forehead appear naturally female.

I would say yes, because one of the things that make us more feminines is our eyes and the way they look.

I had a type 3 forehead and my forehead looks great. There is not much soft tissue damage. The scar is not visible anymore after 7 months.

Just choose a good doc and the result will be great without much damage.

I just had a endoscopic brow lift and a bilateral supra orbital shave.  The orbital shave made only a little difference because I had almost no brow bossing to begin with and a very round forehead.  The brow lift though, OH MY GOD! What a huge difference.  If had any maleness to my face at all its gone now.  Whew!
