My soon to be wife will be returning home in 10 days. She just had SRS done I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to help with her recovery.  Is there anything I need to buy before she gets home that will help the healing process?

Hi,
Our paths cross again but then, I think I know who your fiancé is...  :) and it sounds like she's lucky to have you.
To answer your question, since she seems to be doing fine,  I'm not sure there is not much you can do other than provide plenty of  LTC
That being said, if not already done, there are a few things that would be useful to have in advance:

- bed liners to avoid messing up sheets etc  (60 cm x 60 cm is fine)
- plenty of lubricating gel (KY or similar water soluble product)
- non perfurmed baby wipes
- panty liners
- antiseptic soap  eg. hexomedine based  for cleaning dilators
- a wound healing accelerator like Cicaplast to help minimize scarring of external incisions

Anything more serious than that would probably require a visit to the doctor, hopefully something she won't need.

Wishing you both a very  happy homecoming!
Donna
