What should be a good speed of removal? Meaning how many hairs per minute should we be hoping for?

I have been to two different people.  The one I am currently seeing does about 11/min.  The first one I went to didn't have a counter on the machine, but it felt like a similar pace to me.

My total, which included over an hour of time, some after care cream, a one time setup fee and tax was $111.
