Hey everyone, this is the first week I've been on hormones :D, I'm super happy. I seem to have noted some breast growth already, is that even possible, or am I going crazy?

It is NOT impossible, but probably only the psych aspect of it all. If you are a "C" cup by January you will know I was wrong!  ;D

Congrats!  Bud growth can start right away or several weeks later, it always depends on the genetics of the person at hand.

For me, at the 3 1/2 week mark buds started forming.  Yay! :)

Has your skin gotten any smoother yet?  Any difference in emotions since you started HRT?

My skin hasn't gotten smoother to my knowledge, but the emotional effect is very much on.

P.S I'm 19, so starting pretty young.

Hi Kitty!

I am in my second week on E.
During the first week I didn't have the buds but my moobs are stiff, tits are pointy and a tat bigger.
They also hurts.
The moobs seem slightly bigger but that could be my imagination too.

Mine were very slow to start... 10 + years on I still get odd days of discomfort, but have attained 34B and softer skin... But I started mid life  :-\

If you are noticing then that's great, your genetics are an asset to your change... Good luck

Hey Kitty, I started at 19 too. My breast buds came in less than a month after starting hormones and I felt it every time I bumped them. My bio mother and sister have C to D breasts and I have B to Cs. As my boobs got bigger they grew many stretch marks.  I hope your transition is a smooth one. Goodluck :)

I started Spiro alone when I was 25, was on that for two weeks and my breast sensitivity shot through the roof and they grew more conical. Got up to a 34B cone before starting HRT and now I'm at 34D after 11.5 months. The growth is far slower now, but they're rounding out more now.

It's not impossible to see growth really early on, just don't expect to turn heads in a week. ;)

Kitty,
Congratulations on beginning your journey to yourself.  That you are so young, you will be a beautiful young woman in a very short time.  No need to rush it, but no need to be shy either.  Your breasts will hurt, grow and fill out as they should on their schedule.  You have youth, the rest is genetics and luck.  I wish you well on both counts.

I had breast tenderness and buds on day 5, so yeah, it's possible. Fair warning - I was also a 42C by four months on HRT. ;) Enjoy the ride!
