Buccal Fat Pad removal

Has anyone here had/considered having removal of the buccal fat pads done as a part of FFS? How did you feel about the results?

Doesn't work for some people. IF you have the chipmunk kinda cheeks then yes. If it's fats --> no, you need facial lipo. If it's bones --> you need shaving

Results are usually marginal but obvious to own e.g. looks more defined/sharper in pictures etc

IMHO, a good icing on the cake but nowhere a game-changer in 'feminising'

I thought buccal fat made me look much more femme, rounding out my face instead of having it more angular.

@TinaVane: If the roundness/chubbiness of your face is due to fats, then facial lipo would work.

@Jill F: it's supposed to give you a less chubby/more chiseled look. i guess that translates into more angular structure. but really, differences are usually minimal..
