i am trying to find a psyd to write my second letter for surgery somewhere between Bellingham and Seattle. I so far have not had any luck, twice I have been asked to bring the criteria and they will figure out what they can do. I would like to not have to go through another 16 session driving over a 100 miles each way, if I can find someone who may know of someone that is familar with the standards that should help.
