Hello V M, from the links you shared I read a few (I will read the rest) from my understanding when I reach 14 posts or so, I can edit my avatar, correct? Is this possible in the Tapatalk App when I reach that stage?

Also, does the picture have to be of myself? Most images are copyrighted so I thought I'd ask in advanced. Not that I have anything wrong with posting a picture of myself here, just the problem is that I am dressed in unisex clothing, and I am presenting myself as Female on these forums.

Hi XiaoMei, you may live in a small town and think your alone but that was before.  Now your among friends and family so don't be shy. Feel free to ask any questions you have,  or offer some advice to others.

我明白了！Unfortunately I still have a bit to learn, but I can speak it very well (I just forget the words when I am speaking, but other than that I am told that I pronounced most words accurately. And I can write the characters very well, I can write roughly around 50-80 characters from memory.)

I just read it and it seems like common sense. Don't worry I had no plans on posting a real picture of anyone else other than myself. What I wanted to upload was perhaps a cute little drawing I found online. Would you suggest I go to deviantart and find an image I like and ask the owner if I may use it as an avatar?

I would ask before I used it. There is an avatar library here, did you find it yet? Go to Profile/Modify Profile/Forum Profile.

Devlyn I did not find it, I'm not sure the Tapatalk app on my iPad even has this option (I'm too lazy to go back into Safari again, besides I have to work in a moment). Is it hidden in Tapatalk or is this forum limited on this app?

I've never tried tapatalk, when you go to Modify Profile it should look like this:

Personalized Picture

●No avatar
●Choose avatar from gallery
●Specify avatar by URL
●Upload an avatar

Selecting "Choose avatar from gallery" brings you to a dropdown menu of various people, symbols, etc.

Yeah, it isn't possible. But I found out there is a "web view" button on the right top corner, so I suppose I could just do that. A bit of a pain but I suppose I won't be changing my avatar frequently anyways.
