So I ran into a situation twice this month on the telephone.  When I called two different places, the people who I spoke to called me "Ma'am"... even after I gave them my name, and even SPELLED it for them, and by no means my current legal name is NO where near feminine... I still get the "ma'am".... just don't believe I sound masculine at all to them, and it really doesn't bother me.. in fact, boosts my happiness up :)  For three years, I've had a couple of online friends who just assumed I was female, and we've talked regularly on phone/skype/etc... and was very surprised when I told them I was transgender.... so now I bring my voice here, to see if people are just trying to make me happy or do I really sound feminine?  I take criticism well, so tell me if it really does sound bad.  Also to note, I did not do any voice training or modification, just my natural voice I've always had... thanks xD

If I didn't already know you are transgendered, I probably wouldn't be able to tell it, I would just gender your voice female. Most people have to work hard to achieve this :)

Your voice is naturally set in an androgynous pitch & I think the pronunciation is what seals the deal :)

My voice is a little on the light side at times too. Especially in my early 20s I would be called ma'am over the telephone and I don't mind if that sotto voice returns to me within the next year on HRT. You are lucky if you've got the voice. As for me, I was born without an Adam's apple, so I thank the little elves for the mistake when they were assembling me at the North Pole! Peace.  :D
