Hi!

I was wondering if anyone has any good strategies for coping with social situations and stuff when you're not feeling particularly confident, especially in gender presentation.

At the moment, I'm feeling pretty low. I'm on my period which doesn't help with dysphoria and I'm generally not feeling very confident in how other people are percieving me. I still feel very male but like I can't get it across to people. I've been doing a lot of reading about the human voice lately for my course and it keeps pointing out the differences between male and female voices which is also very unhelpful!
As it's the end of term, my friends are doing a lot of social things and people I haven't seen much recently (and so haven't come out to) are emerging and joining in. I don't want to miss out but feel really uncomfortable and just want to stay in my room all the time.

Big hug! This is a pretty good read, I hope there's something helpful for you in there.
