I am a Brassard grad. I would urge that you try not to test the time limit, but of course we have lives and sometimes it's difficult to get the midday dilation in. Two months is still very early. I would not go much beyond 8 hours, and even then add some time (you'll notice the difference). Don't cut corners on dilation if you can help it -- you can't get depth back. I can't tell you what is safe as it varies person to person. If you miss a dilation, the next is more uncomfortable. You can recover from that, but if you start to lose the habit you'll either prolong the need for frequent dilation or start to lose depth. It does get a bit easier once you are down to two a day, and then one etc. Three is really annoying, but you signed up for it!
