I don't know how long you have been on T, but give it a bit more time. Maybe you are a late bloomer?

The only change I'm unhappy about is the acne, I have it really bad and it's cystic :( It's taken it's toll on my self-esteem. But anyway, that's just temporarily.

I am disappointed that I do not have a more masculine appearance after almost 4 years on T, and I also fear I have that 'butch lesbian' look, which simply is NOT ME! What concerns me most is my body shape.  Though my body fat has redistributed, now it all sits upon the top of my pelvic bones, which only serves to exacerbate the fact that I have a wide pelvis and narrow rib cage.  Not sure if I can do anything about this.  Even twenty pounds lighter, it is still very pronounced, and losing more weight would be unhealthy for me. I am sometimes still misgendered on the phone, even though my voice is much deeper now.  Not sure I am unhappy with T changes, but more unhappy with the things that T CANNOT change...eternal frustration!
