I've been searching through the site and I've encountered some threads about MtFs experiencing a tilt of the pelvis to the female position, even in late transitioners. I'm 24. I started hrt in late April (when i was 23) and I'm hoping my pelvis shifts to the girl position. When I pull my taunt around my body I notice I am starting to have more of an hourglass figure but my pelvis is still in the male position and it still bothers me and I don't want to have to undergo any surgery.

I know hrt doesn't usually have an effect on bone structure unless you've began hrt prepuberty but I wonder how many of you have had your pelvic tilt on hrt?
They say identity theft is a crime. Well, needless to say, a crime has been committed. My identity has been stolen. No, no one knows my social security number or has my credit card. I'm walking around in the wrong body. I'm wearing a costume which I cannot remove... and the only way I can remove that costume, is through surgery

It's possible I went through it (I started about 5 months after my 18th birthday.) it started happening a slow bit around month three, month five, and seven. (On month 10 now.) the reason why I knew is the difference in my hips of my before and after. It was a pain when I was experiencing it was like a aching pain. It's funny a few girls asked me about that because they said they had similar pains through puberty. (They didn't know what happens with trans women in transition ect so I had fun explaining.)

Also I don't know how your posture is but that also assisted my figure greatly because I used to walk around with my pelvis towards the front. I made it go back a bit so it isn't forced up front. :3 I'm having troubles explaining that. :3 lol
I'm always looking for more people to chat with! :)

mine did but I also sort of had one prehrt, it just became more dramatic after starting hrt. I've always had a wide pelvis so idk my input probably isn't very useful :-X

I started at 32, and I definitely have. I don't think it's anything magic, though; I *can* pull my pelvis back into a "male" position if I try hard enough, it's just uncomfortable and as soon as I relax it tilts back. Basically, having a butt and thighs has just shifted the way I naturally stand.

Could someone please explain to me which direction is the pelvis supposed to tilt on HRT? Top-forward bottom-backward or top-backward bottom-forward? Or if you prefer, butt-up or butt-down?

no medical evidence of change on pelvis structure in MTF of any age exist...

Mine were always slightly tilted. Didn't notice anything yet though.

There still needs to be a ton of medical research done for us though but mine definitely did change.

I can tell you that something happened without my making any effort where when I am standing there is seems feminine, where before it didn't.  I have no idea if it has anything to do with my pelvis, I never really have noticed how people's pelvises tilt, let alone mine.
